August 27th was your Dad's birthday. He turned 29 (the first time), and we celebrated by going to Glenwood Springs. We rented the suite of the house we are going to stay at over Christmas and New Years. It was amazing. We spent some time at the Glenwood Hot Springs which you LOVED.
Your feet are kicking! You seem to enjoy swimming.The next weekend was Labor Day weekend. Most of the weekend your Dad was working on his new brewing stand called Brutus. He brewed his first batch on Monday night. I hope it tastes good!
Other than that, I continue to learn about our food system and to find good recipes that are healthy, satisfying, and most of all tasty!
I don't blame her for enjoying swimming at the springs way more than at Stratton Lake. The cold lake water takes a bit more getting used to, Anna. :)
